What do you do when you can't find a nice-tasting, healthy, fluoride-free toothpaste that's right for the whole family? You do the yours. That's exactly what Michael and Michelle Aronson did more than 30 years ago when their daughter Tammy started swallowing toothpaste that contained fluoride. There was no fluoride-free toothpaste on the market, so Michael and Michelle set out to make their own. The name 'Grants' comes from the street they lived on at the time. Their daughter Tammy joined them and together they are committed to produce affordable natural products for the next generation of conscious families his Health.

From our Modest beginnings with a variety of toothpaste in various health stores in Melbourne, Grants toothpaste spread to almost all health stores in Australia and by the early 1990s was available in major supermarkets in Australia. the whole country. The oral care range now includes 8 toothpaste flavors: Mint Mild, Fresh Mint, Cinnamon, Xylitol, Propolis, Whitening, Sensitive, Kids Blueberry Burst and Kids Strawberry Surprise, along with a Choice of 3 bamboo brushes.

Demand for exports has grown steadily in line with the growing desire for Australian-made and natural products, and now the markets we serve include the United States, China, Canada, Turkey, New Zealand, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Thailand and Singapore.
TIMELINE

1983 Mike and Michelle realized the need for a nice tasting, fluoride free and sugar free toothpaste, preferably made in Australia.
1984 Mike and Michelle decided to try making their own toothpaste and Grants.
1984 A local dealer sold Grants (originally called Grants Mineral & Herbal) at Safeway. Mike contacted several health food distributors in Australia and began selling the toothpaste in health food stores.
1988 Mike obtained the formula for a chlorophyll liquid from a health food manufacturer that had decided to discontinue production. He adjusted the flavor and started production using the same local manufacturer as the toothpaste.
1990 Development and production of Grants Extra Fresh.

1992 Mike got a position for pasta dental Herbal & Mineral Grants in the health food section of Coles.
1995 Development and production of Grants Vitamin B Liquid & Grants Crystal Deodorant Provides liquid chlorophyll and vitamin B Herbal & Mineral toothpaste was eliminated.

Wantsworths 2000 - their health food section disbanded.
2005 moved to a larger warehouse.
2009 Development and production of mouthwash subsidies (alcohol free).
2010 Grants Herbal & Mineral Toothpaste relocated to Coles Oral Care Section: its health food section dissolved.
2011 Tammy joined the company.
2013 Development and production of Grants Cinnamon & Grants Xylitol.
2014 moved to a larger warehouse.
2016 Guaranteed to go to select Woolworths supermarkets.
2017 Development and production of Grants Blueberry Burst Kids.
2018 Development and production of Propolis Toothpaste.
2019 Development and production of Grants Whitening & Grants Sensitive.
