The range of oral care  Grants of Australia includes eight  toothpastes, a mouthwash and three Vegan Awareness Foundation certified toothbrushes. The Certified Vegan Logo is a trademark for products that do not contain animal products or by-products and have not been tested on animals. The Vegan Certified Logo is permitted on products owned by companies located in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and United States territories, but is distributed and recognized throughout the world.

Vegan is defined as: does not contain any products  animal or animal by-product included  meat, bones, dairy, eggs, honey, hides, leather, wool, feathers and cosmetics or chemicals tested on animals.

Without animal products

Products approved to carry the Certified Vegan logo must not contain ingredients of meat, fish, poultry, animal by-products (including silk or insect dyes), eggs or egg products, milk or dairy products, honey or bee products from honey.

No animal testing

They must not involve animal testing of ingredients or finished products by the supplier, producer, manufacturer or independent party.

There is no GM0  of animals

They must not contain animal derived GMOs or genes used to make ingredients or finished products. They must provide verification from the supplier that animal products were not used in ingredient manufacturing.
